To be honest, the weekend was kind of a blur- parts of which are still coming back to me but nonetheless it was another wonderful year at Clockenflap.
I’ve always loved going to shows/gigs and nothing is better than seeing more than 3 of your favourite bands over a weekend with a bit of art, food, fashion, side acts and more.
Walking up to Clockenflap on the first night is always exciting as you’ve seen photos already posted on instagram and facebook that are just teasing you while you sit at work. You hear the music getting louder and louder as you’re walking up and objects are getting clearer and turning into sculptures and large black blocks are merging into stages…
I quickly did my make up after work and rushed to meet my friend Diane who was late AGAIN, but picked me up baring gifts in the form of wine in a Watsons bottle, that definitely set the tone for the weekend….
It was beautiful weather over the weekend and I’m definitely ecstatic that Clockenflap is here to stay.
Thank you Clockenflap, I can’t wait till next year!
